Refund policy

At épicuirienne, each piece tells a story. If the one you received does not fully meet your expectations, we are committed to offering you a smooth, respectful, and transparent solution.

1. Return period

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

2. Eligibility conditions

To be eligible for return, the item must:

  • be in its original condition,
  • be unworn and unused,
  • include its original tags and packaging,
  • be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

3. Return procedure

If the return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label along with detailed instructions to return your package with peace of mind.

🛑 Any package returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

4. Damages or errors

Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt.
If an item is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

5. Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • custom-made or personalized creations,
  • gift cards,
  • sale or promotional items.

If you are unsure about a specific item, our customer service team is here to assist you.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to choose another item, the fastest way is to:

  • return the original item,
  • once it is accepted, place a new order separately.

7. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified by e-mail regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase, within 10 working days.
