At épicuirienne, each piece is crafted with absolute dedication: beauty, uniqueness, and meaning. Our creations are handmade in our Belgian workshop, using rare and noble leathers. We devote the same care to the journey of your order as to its creation.

1. Production & processing time

Each order is prepared with the utmost care, within an average of 24 hours.

For personalized or custom-made pieces, a specific timeframe will be clearly indicated at the time of order.

2. Delivery areas

We deliver with elegance:

• in Belgium,
• across Europe,
• and internationally, with no borders for artisanal elegance.

Shipments are handled by trusted partners known for their reliability and precision (bpost, Colissimo, DHL, or equivalents depending on the destination).

3. Estimated delivery times

These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the season, customs procedures, or logistical factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the destination country and the chosen shipping format.

5. Tracking your order

A tracking link will be sent to you by e-mail once your order has been shipped. You can then follow the journey of your creation with peace of mind.

6. Customs duties & taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply upon arrival. Any such charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.
